Mac Parsons Sr.
Founding Partner - over 45 years
Mac Sr graduated from Cal State University, Bakersfield in 1974 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting.
Mac Sr became a Certified Public Accountant in 1976. He has over 40 years’ experience in public accounting in Kern County. Over his professional career he has gained extensive experience in the areas of accounting and audit, consulting, taxation and tax planning for various industries in relation to construction, retail, insurance and oil services.
Mac Sr is an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society for Certified Public Accountants.
Kelly Vickers
Founding Partner - over 20 years
Kelly Vickers was born and raised in Taft, California and graduated from Cal State University, Bakersfield in 1998 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting. Kelly is a Certified Public Accountant and has over 20 years of experience working in public accounting. She has extensive experience in tax preparation and planning, auditing and review services as well as business consulting. She is a Quickbooks Pro Advisor and certified in Quickbooks Online (QBO).
Kelly is an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society for Certified Public Accountants. She is also currently the acting CFO of the non-profit De:terminence.
Mac Parsons III

Mac Parsons III graduated from San Diego State University in 2009 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting.
Mac III became a Certified Public Accountant in 2013. Mac III has worked in public accounting since 2010. Mac III’s years in public accounting include a vast amount of accounting and auditing, tax and tax planning, and both individual and business consulting.
Mac III is an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society for Certified Public Accountants. He is also an active member of the finance committee at Seven Oaks Country Club.
